den55 Platform User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and den55 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://den55.org.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager or bet through the den55 platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by den55, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), live casino tables, slot games, fishing games, PP Live content, and any promotional or bonus offerings made available through the platform.

To register and maintain an active account on the den55 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. den55 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to our player base in Pakistan.
• You must be registering voluntarily, in your own name, and for your own personal use only. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the den55 platform or imposed by any gaming authority or third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must not have had a prior den55 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be a genuine individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. den55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any point in the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

den55 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the den55 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared device.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the den55 support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. den55 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

den55 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other party under any circumstances.

The den55 platform supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and den55 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular channel.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account cashier at the time of transaction.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• den55 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR deposits via local payment methods. Your payment provider may impose their own charges separately.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified and registered in your own name.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your identity verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing with no open disputes or bonus wagering requirements outstanding.
• Processing times vary by method. Standard PKR withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval.
• den55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.

den55 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance and subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, den55 applies a standard wagering requirement to bonus funds. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are available to one registered account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• den55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, any modification will not retroactively reduce the value of the already-credited bonus unless evidence of abuse is found.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion requirements.
• Free spins and other game-specific promotional rewards are subject to their own terms as communicated in the relevant promotion details.

Players who are enrolled in the den55 VIP programme are subject to additional VIP terms communicated at the time of enrolment. VIP tier status and associated benefits may be revised periodically based on account activity.

All bets and wagers placed on the den55 platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or sports market. These rules are accessible from within the relevant game or betting interface.

Sports Betting:

• Pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. den55 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close markets at any time, including during live events.
• Cricket and PSL markets are subject to the official scorecards and match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, den55's decision following review of official data shall be final.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (for pre-match markets) will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Slots:

• All slot and casino table games on the den55 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino tables, comply with the rules and operational standards of the relevant game provider's licensed studio.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error during a game round, den55 will take reasonable steps to determine the correct outcome based on available data. Where no definitive outcome can be established, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles are available from the respective game providers. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the den55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and the forfeiture of any balance, bonuses, or pending withdrawals:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform systems or guarantee returns.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in your favour. Players who discover such errors are obligated to report them to the den55 support team immediately.
• Attempting to launder funds through the den55 platform. All large transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harms, or adversely affects other platform users or the den55 platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of betting syndicate activity or matched betting using platform bonuses in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit without genuine play risk.

All content on the den55 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, designs, and the overall platform architecture — is the intellectual property of den55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the den55 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any platform content without express written authorisation from den55.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use den55 trademarks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion, suggest affiliation, or damage the den55 brand.
• Frame or mirror the den55 platform on any third-party website or application without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of den55 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

den55 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the den55 Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, den55 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age in compliance with responsible gaming obligations.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Complying with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements.
• Communicating relevant platform updates, promotional offers, and responsible gaming information.

den55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who operate under strict confidentiality obligations, or as required by law. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered den55 players from within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of time ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the den55 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Checks: Regular prompts during active gaming sessions to remind you of time spent and amounts wagered.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, den55 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of participation.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond den55's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the den55 platform.
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balances that result from technical malfunctions, provided that den55 takes reasonable corrective steps upon becoming aware of such errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits den55's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The den55 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

den55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy.
• At den55's sole discretion, where we determine that continuing the player relationship poses a regulatory, reputational, or operational risk.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (such as at the player's own request or due to responsible gaming self-exclusion), any verified balance will be returned to the player via a confirmed payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the den55 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt and confirmation.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter they cover, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which den55 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and den55, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through den55's internal complaints procedure as set out in Section 15 of these Terms. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to an appropriate independent dispute resolution body in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

By using the den55 platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the den55 platform is lawful in your location.

den55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, den55 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance of the changes taking effect. Notification may be provided by:

• A prominent notice displayed on the den55 platform homepage or login page.
• An in-account notification or message to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the den55 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision to these Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
